New professional teaching profile for the law degree of the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo

Abstract

This article is focused on a study that was carried out aimed at carrying out an analysis of contemporary legal doctrine and the lack of precise studies on the teaching of law in the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicholas of Hidalgo (UMSNH). The methodology that was proposed is analytical descriptive. To validate what was investigated, a form of five questions was applied through Google, where 256 remote responses were obtained from students of all grades and semesters, for which they had the support of their teachers to be able to distribute the link with the questions. Among the results, it can be said that according to the perception of the majority of the students surveyed, their teachers managed to adapt to the virtual work mode that was established during the pandemic. This according to one of the items that were asked aimed at Did your teachers adapt to the way of working established during the pandemic? , another item in which high percentages were obtained was related to Do you know if your teachers have the ideal profile for university teaching in terms of the subjects they teach in their classes? Getting a 44.5. From what could be seen according to the students, their teachers do have the ideal professional profile for legal teaching and know how to adapt to the challenges.
